Welcome! I am Louise founder and owner of Your Cherished Moments LTD.

Throughout my life I have always had a passion for art and creativity, whether doing painting, having a variety of different hair colours and styles, which is forever changing, or rearranging and restyling the house, which drives my hubby crazy! 

I love colour and without it i think the world would be a pretty boring place. Team that with different fabrics, accessories and decorative items and you have the makings of a totally transformed room.

I decided to train as a wedding and event planner and am qualified to international level. I wanted to lay the basic foundations of planning a wedding room, the layout, floor plans, table sizing etc before i jumped into decorating weddings for couples. I then went on to train as a wedding and event decor professional, learning about colours, contrasts and how to apply it all to your decor.

Training to become a florist came a little later but it is something that was always in the family as my Nan was also a florist. The colours and smells of flowers are amazing, my favourites are Lillie's, Roses and Hydrangeas. They all have different styles, textures and blend with pretty much any theme. 

I am an extremely organised, bubbly, happy, always positive and smiley person. Having 3 children and my hubby keeps me on my toes every day of the week, chuck in school runs, cooking, walking our Labrador Maisie and organising and decorating weddings and making up beautiful flowers for my couples, my life is jam packed and I would not have it any other way.

My small but mighty, and extremely helpful, team members consists of Suzanne and Kelly.

They are just as passionate about weddings as I am, we all work together when creating and setting up weddings, all bringing a unique view on the style and layout and work with each other to solve problems and work out the best ways to place certain items on your wedding tables.

The Way We Work

When you first contact us, we will have an initial conversation around your aspirations for your wedding and discuss how we can help you, whether that is with creating your dream decor, your beautiful Bridal flowers or helping to plan your entire wedding.

After the initial conversation is out of the way, we will arrange a date and time to meet you to go over your ideas and plans in more detail, this can be held at your home or a mutual place.

When booking your wedding planning with us we ask for a 30% deposit upfront upon signing of your contract with us, the remaining balance is then due two weeks before your wedding or event. With regards to supplier payments and decoration charges these will be paid separately to the suppliers as and when they require them.

For venue styling and Flowers we ask for a £50 deposit. Our minimum order value is £200. The remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding where we will need final numbers of guests, tables etc.
